High Line Canal Trail Runs.
This is one of our regular spots as it’s close to downtown Denver and easy for most of our runners to get to. It’s another out and back course and it’s very easy to get a longer run in here. We park behind the church at Colorado and Hampden and hit the hard packed trail from there. There are a few port-a-potties along the trail which makes it nice for those runners who always need to be aware of their options. This trail does get a little busy from time to time with other very large groups training here, but it’s relatively flat and easy to go for miles. It’s also easy on the legs and feet and have very few road crossings which makes it easy to get into a rhythm.
